As the owner of Golden Properties Realty and a former RE/MAX real estate broker for 15 years in Charlotte, North Carolina I have a well established reputation for providing exceptional real estate services. Charlotte is located in Mecklenburg County which is bordered by Gaston, Cabarrus and Union Counties in North Carolina and by York and Lancaster Counties in South Carolina. Charlotte is home to more than 700,000 people with over 7.1 million people living within 100 miles.

Charlotte, NC is the nations 5th largest urban region and one of the nation's largest financial center. It is home to Bank of America in addition to being regional headquarters or operational centers for several other banks including Wells Fargo. Charlotte growth has remained strong. About Elaine Eschert

Elaine is one of the areas most experienced and knowledgeable brokers. She has lived in Charlotte with her family since 1978 and was one of the founding RE/MAX associates in Charlotte prior to opening her own firm, Golden Properties Realty in 2009. Elaine is a leader in exceeding the needs of buyers, sellers and in providing relocation services. During her 15 years with RE/MAX in Charlotte Elaine received many yearly top producer awards and was a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In addition she has been repeatedly recognized as a "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent" within the Charlotte market.

In 2009 Elaine was selected to be the featured agent for North Carolina in a TLC episode of My First Home which will be aired on national TV during early 2010.

Her reputation as a promoter of Charlotte is well established, her Goldenproperties web site was the 1st and now oldest Internet marketing site to promote the Ballantyne South Charlotte Area. Likewise, her Charlotte Relocation web site was the first one to place detailed relocation information online.

In addition Elaine and her husband Ray founded the Ballantyne Breakfast Club which is the community information forum for the South Charlotte - Ballantyne area. This forum provides for the exchange of information between local area residents and the areas business leaders, developers, elected officials and service providers. Meetings are held six times a year and guest speakers of note have included Charlotte's Mayor, the Superintendent of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, the Chief of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department, representatives of the Bissell Companies the developers of Ballantyne and South Park, local and state political representatives, DOT representatives from the city and state, area business leaders and numerous developers and other leaders who are contributing to the growth of Charlotte and Ballantyne.

In 2009 the Ballantyne Breakfast Club expanded its yearly candidates forum by establishing the Ballantyne Candidates Forum & Chili Cook Off event. This community event is now a yearly fixture that brings the community and the candidates together for a fun day of activities and some outstanding Chili sampling.

Because of their efforts over the years in marketing and promoting the area and because of their commitment to the community Elaine and Ray have been featured in several area publications. In addition Ray has joined the Ballantyne Chapter of the Chamber of Commerce as an ex facto director and is serving as their Chairperson for Public Policy. Over the years Ray has also been recognized for his commitment to Charlotte in providing input on Charlotte's 20 year plan. He was also appointed by the Charlotte City Manager to serve as the South Charlotte community representative on the 2008-09 Committee of 21 for Road and Transportation priorities. In 2009 Ray was recognized by the City of Charlotte and the Mayor for his community involvement related to the founding of the Ballantyne Breakfast Club community forum in a proclamation declaring Dec. 5, 2009 as Ballantyne Breakfast Day.
